Ekart Logistics — Delay in Delivery SRTP[protected]

I was supposed to get my package delivered by Ekart with tracking ID SRTP[protected] on 2nd of January. Since then, they have made no efforts to deliver the same. It is lying in their Sakherbazar Depot for the last 1 week which is barely 15 mins from my house. Their Delivery Partner ([protected]) has not called me once and tried to deliver the package. Instead, they are updating the status as unsuccessfully delivered as if they tried to deliver but could not as I did not respond. Infact, I called their Delivery Partner or Wish Master multiple times and he did not care to respond. This is pathetic service and customer response. Just rescheduling it to new delivery date without even trying to deliver it in the first place.
