Hi I purchased a chimney and it’s scheduled delivery was on[protected]. But I received message from Ekart logistics on[protected] that the product will be delivered on[protected] along with the ekart contact no. I called the contact no and the ekart delivery boy replied that the product will be delivered by 12:30PM. Around at 1:30PM the executive called and the pin code mentioned is wrong. I told him that my previous orders about 4 orders were delivered on the same pin code. The executive then answered that the product will be delivered in half an hour. I waited for more than 2 hours and called him for about 6-8 times, but the mail executive didn’t answered the call.
Again on[protected], I got the executive no through flipkart chat and called the executive. The executive said due to wrong pin code the product was returned and answered very rudely. Later said it is in penukonda, Go there and collect. The response of the executive is very rude and not all good.
One interesting thing is the status of the product is not updated in the ekart tracking since[protected].
I have small faith in ekart logistics that the management will take proper action against the delivery executive and the penukonda branch manager for not updating the status of the product in ekart tracking after[protected].
