Ekart Logistics — Deliver executives are dishonest, not determined to work and fraudsters.

My order was out for delivery on 18th june 2023 and delivery executives called me and said come to the address that is 5 kms away from my given address. I refused to come there as I'm remaining busy with my work and they ask me to cancel the order, I objected on that by saying who are you to ask me for cancelling the order. And today on 20th june. I once again got a call and I was once again asked to visit a place which is 4kms away from my given address. After many requests to come to the given address and deliver the parcel but he didn't listen and said do whatever you want but I'll not come there. While checking the order tracking it is showing that the order couldn't deliver due to the unavailability of the customer. How is it fair, fault is theirs and on that they are blaming the customer by saying the customer was not available.
