Ekart Logistics — Deliver partner came with order, no OTP received.

I had an order from shiprocket that was being delivered through ekart. The delivery partner arrived at my address today, 26/11/22, with the order with all the correct order details. However no OTP has been delivered to my phone. I asked the delivery partner to call the registered mobile number to check if it was correct, and he did that too successfully. But still no otp came and the order wasn't delivered. My tracking ID is SRTP[protected].
Kindly see to the matter and solve the issue immediately as it is an urgent order.
