Ekart Logistics — Delivery agent marked the order rejected

I purchased a product from Myntra and it was supposed to deliver on 27th, we've received a message saying order is rejected so we need to confirm. I confirmed that order was not rejected by us. Then I tried to connect with the agent, agent said he will not be able to deliver the product and said if I could come and collect. I reached the said address and then the agent said he will try to deliver it tomorrow as he had to go somewhere else. Today morning the order also shows that the delivery is rejected by me. Neither the call is getting connected nor I'm unable to reach out to the customer service representative of your company.
