Complaint marked as Resolved I booked a an Oppo mobile phone on Flipkart thrice but the E-kart handlers and wishmaster refused to deliver the product, everytime the product reached at the nearest hub and told me that I will have to come to the office to receive the product and get your old phone evaluated by an exchange expert. When I went to the office they told me that Flipkart has stopped the scheme of exchange. When I contacted Flipkart I was informed that the scheme is going on. All I want to say that I have faced a lot of harrasment at the hands of E-kart handlers and wishmaster. I have a bad experience of shopping on the Flipkart and logistics of E-kart. I want an early solution to the problem.
