Ekart Logistics — Delivery boy misbehaviour occuring every day

I did make complaint against a particular delivery boy some days ago and requested not to send him at my home again through flipkart. But day by day he is coming to my home and using abusive languages. And today he crossed all the limits. Out of the two items I have ordered I have taken one and asked him to take other. And then starts his abusive language. He was furious about why I'm not taking the order and started dragging my family too. If immediately no action being taken then I'll go legal against you guys.
