Ekart Logistics — Delivery boy Not exchange my product

Dear sir/mam,
I've ordered realme nazro 50A on[protected] and it was arrived on[protected], with exchange of Moto e4 Plus from Flipkart, but the delivery boy is not exchange my product due to PDA crack only. I told him that, "you should drop my exchange value for the issue" but he is behaved rudely and not exchange my product.

Please help me, and take appropriate actions against this. Thank you.
