I ordered Iphone14 from Flipkart on 7th Oct'23 (Order FMPP[protected] [protected]. My order reached the nearest hub - NIGDI on 11 Oct'23 and it was out for delivery twice (12th and 13h Oct). On both days it went undelivered due to operational issues at Ekart's end (tracking ID FMPP[protected] . The delivery agent number is not reachable whenever out for delivery. There is no proper explanation being given for the delay and Flipkart is not supportive even after multiple calls. The nearest hub is just 3km away from my location and the product is still not being delivered from 4 days.
Kindly request you to assist in immediate delivery of the product. Else, I will have to officially raise questions on Internal controls and transparency of the company as same issue is being faced by multiple customers across the country.
