Ekart Logistics — Delivery of my Order

I had made a order in flipkart, which was suppose to deliver on 18th Dec 2022. I called the wish master and he said you have to come to office and collect the parcel however i have already make the payment for it delivery at my door step. Then on next day i got the msg that the parcel will deliver today but it didn’t, It was delayed by 4 days then on 21st dec i got the msg again from ekart that the product will be deliver today then i called the wish master and he said he will come by 4-5 pm i started waiting for him then he is making me fool my not expecting my call i tried calling him from different number he picked the call and said 1 min then he hung up the call later on no one came and he is not picking my call too. Its very bad service by ekart. I never had this kind of pathetic service from any delivery company. I will raise a consumer complaint if this will not resolved asap.
