Ekart Logistics — delivery of old bed sheet instead place of sarees ordered by us.

We had ordered for two sarees from thekankathala surat, gujarat. The mode of payment was cash on delivery. When we received the package we paid the amount and took the packet. After opening the pack we shocked to see an old bedsheet instead of sarees and by that time the delivery person had vanished.
Now i want to know at whose level the mischief has occurred. We have already lodged police complaint against you and the surat firm.
We will further take up the matter at all level.
