I have ordered an item from Myantra and the same was received at Ekart Logistic office at Jhunjhunu on 15 May 2017. The Ekart Executive Mr. Naresh Saini (96556) called me to collect the shipment from their office. I was direct him to deliver the same at delivery address, but he denied to do the same. Now on tracking the shipment, the status shown at Ekart Logistic falsely as “Delivery attempt failed (Customer rejected)” whereas I have not refused to take the shipment at delivery address. This is the ridiculous and extremely worst service by Ekart Logistic. Ekart Logistic may please be directed to educate their Executives placed at Jhunjhunu (Raj) as to how give consumer satisfaction who are giving their valuable money to Logistics. On 18 May 2017, they have again called me and compelled to collect from their office only. The Myantra shipment holds by the Ekart Logistic at Jhunjhunu almost a week for which I have already paid to Myantra including its delivery charges. Was this information helpful? |
