I had ordered for a mobile phone from flipkart and it was to be delivered to me via ekart. I had called talwaar 25 times to the hub as well as the office of which i was given then number but no communication has been made from their side. This is hopeless service on the part of such courier services. I also got a false message stating that i was not available at the given place at the tome of delivery that being the reason why it was cancelled. Disgusted by the service provided by your custer care employees who do not care to listen to what the customer has to say and hang up without adhering to the issue. Disgusting courier service.
