I ordered 3 mokobara bags from flipkart (cabin, checkin and checkin large)
The checkin bag was defective. So Ekart guy misled me and said i have put the bag for replacement and took the bag. instead of triggering me the otp of cabin bag, he triggered me the otp of the bag that was being returned which is of higher price.
Flipkart team is asking me to deal with ekart logistics. they are ready to help me since i gave the OTP. But in the OTP message there was no way to identify that the OTP was for which bag.
