Ekart Logistics — ekart logistics executive wrong information against customer. | |||
I am employee of corporate company & my orders no.FMPC[protected] delivery executive no.[protected]. The delivery executive didn't pick up the phone when i called him several time in office hours but 7 P.M i checked online Ekart tracking details shown in data base status Delivery attempt failed(No response from customer) such as wrong information provide against of me. Please never send this type of executive. As per my house members response previous order no.FMPC[protected] Ekart executive never come to my door for confirm on physical address and delivery. This is the worst delivering logistics i have ever seen, they dont even call or msg about delivery, they just quoted msg like "Undelivered_same city misroute. Even if you give the correct address with your contact details and also Ekart Logistics haven’t provided any contact on their site as well. Really disappointed 😞
I ordered a Romsons respirometer but i was delivered a different brand called unison. I prefer the romsons brand. Hence I want this to be replaced. How do I change this.

Then again it was packed using Cello tape
So the product is delivered very early in the morning without informing in order to avoid rejcection.
This is very very disappointing and disgusting.
