with due regards ai want to put your kind attention towards the complaint as follows:
I had ordered the phone Redmi 10 from Flipkart, 29th October 2022, the expected date of delivery for my order bearing Order ID (OD[protected]
I contacted the logistics partner on his number([protected]) about my order, he used a very bad language and asked me to collect the order myf.
As i needed my order which was a phone, I left my home to travel atleast 35 kilometers to reach the Ekart Logistics Office Gulabagh Ganderbal which costs me about Rs600 extra--
when i reached the given address i tried to contact the said person for 2 hours but he did not responded to my calls and kept his phone switched off. I was helpless and could not do anything as i was unaware about the location.
i tried to call him again and again but non of my calls was answered. The said person is a fraud and cheater, he plays with the customers and violates the customer relations.
Now i request your good-self to take strict action against the concerned person ([protected]) so that he won't repeat the same with other customers.
