Issue - I'm seeing again the same pattern in my Phone delivery as last time in 2022
My I phone has reached the nearest EKart hub 3 days back
The deliveries never happened on the said date, it is now postponed
I visited the E-Kart Hub, but no one was assisting me in tracing my order and they had no information
When it shows my phones have been at the E-Kart facility for the past 3 days, why no one is helping me to trace them, why there is a delivery delay?
And like last year, it will get canceled automatically giving the reason - Delivery boy is unable to reach your location
This time I have 2 phones ordered (Refer to images for order ID and all the details) - I request you to interfere and address if there is fraud going on at the E-Kart facility near me or what is the case
And let me know, will I get my I phone's or not? If not, at least I should not wait, and suffer the waiting trauma again like in 2022 and in the end have a pathetic reason from Flipkart to cancel my 2 phone
