This is regarding my flipkart Order having tracking ID FMPP[protected].
My order reached the nearest Ekart hub - Vyasarpadi on 13th Oct'23 and it was out for delivery on 15th Oct’23. I have still not received my Order and the status of the tracking id shows still Out for delivery, On physical visit to Vyasarpadi hub the person-in charge of the Hub informed that the Order was returned back to the Ekart Mother Hub “CSK”. There is no proper explanation being given for the returning the order back. The nearest hub is just 4km away from my location and the product is still not being delivered.
Kindly request you to assist in delivery of the product or scheduling a slot for me to pick up from Vyasarpadi courier centre myself.
