One flipkart exchange order scheduled to be delivered on 06.10.17 postponed for 07.10.17 on the ground that the exchanged mobile has got some minor scratch on the guarder and the wish master needs some sort of approval. Message received on 06.10.17 at 3.29 pm "... Could not be delivered today. We will try again on sat 07 oct.." today morning at 10.02 am received updates "out for delivery..."again at 2.45 pm received message "could not be delivered today. We will try again on sun, 08 oct.." then at 3.17 received another delivery update "tracking id... Will be delivered by a courier executive. Please dial [protected] and use pin 112 to speak with the courier executive.."
But till 5 pm neither any courier executive turns on nor the above bogus number could be contacted.
If the exchanged product is unacceptable, why rescheduling delivery instead of refusing in the first instance. Was this information helpful? |
