Ekart Logistics — FMPP[protected]- delay in delivery

FMPP[protected]- order with Flipkart.
Last Delivery schedule is 30th jan 2023.
Daily delivery boy is out for delivery otp also received in msg but delivery not done by delivery boy & demand for current location when i shared my current location then other second delivery scheduled on next day.From last 2 days same thing happened.Delivery person cannot contacted.Oredered product is very important for my 1 month child.its urgent requirement.Understand situation.I am ready to receive my product any time.
