I received a Cash On Delivery parcel on 2 December, 2023, and it had nothing but a torn cloth inside. It was supposed to be a replacement order but my sister was not aware, and she paid the requested amount (Rs. 992). The parcel had the Flipkart order ID but in the app it shows that the parcel is still in transit. I've already raised this to Flipkart and they have escalated further. But this needs to be investigated strictly.
