Ekart Logistics — I did not received my product but got delivery confirmation notification

Hi Team,

Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]

I did not received my product but got delivery confirmation notification on 16th Nov, so raised complaint on same day.

But did not get any solution till now.

If delivery is OTP based than how is it possible to product mark as delivered without OTP?
