I am writing this mail to bring your kind attention that the product I had delivered to customer had been damaged. I would like to know the procedure to process the return and refund of the product. I had tried calling the customer service, but my calls went unanswered. Kindly look into this and reach out to me as soon as possible. The order was supposed to delivered on 18.09.2023 but unless without any reason they are not delivering our product, today it's 21.09.2023 but still product is in transit at CharaiHub-Mumbai also tried calling executive and customer service but they are too rude and ertogant. What kind of service you product ??
