Ekart Logistics — I request for return due to missing product but delivery boy did not pickup my order

I have two product for return from myntra
[protected]-9702503 this is one for missing item and other is
[protected]-1951801 this is return for give me different company product and used product.. But delivery boy did not pick up my order for the same reason of my cancellation.. Please help me to pick up my product and get my refund back
