EKart pickup person went/picked with tv asking for wall mount on 19th july, we called that person after a while and he said next day 20th july will return the wall mount but he didn’t come and when we are called but he didn't even recive that call on 21th july, the technician came for the tv installation and we had to pay for the wall mount again. 500 rupees had to be paid in vain for the wall mount, 500 rupees had to be paid in vain because of him. And from that day till today I've called many times, on calling he always said that I'll come tomorrow but he didn't come and now that person came today on 29th july and he is giving wall mount after my 500 rupees wasted, now what do I do with that wall mount ? because of that my money and mental damage has been done.
