Ekart Logistics — Im complaining about non delivery of my product

Dear Sir/Ma’am

This is to inform you that my Flipkart order of SAMSUNG Galaxy A34 5G with tracking id: FMPP[protected] was not delivered to me today by the Ekart delivery.
I tried calling the delivery partner 10-15 times but they never responded, maybe they have black listed the customer’s phone number.
Every time same thing happens, the delivery person never calls the customer for delivery and automatically in the evening message comes that the customer rejected the order. But in actual they never called for delivery

Please deliver my order.

My order got rejected without my knowledge even delivery agent or company did not call me.
