Ekart Logistics — Issue with return item

A Myntra item has been returned with tracking ID MYSR[protected] on 23 Jan 2024 at 9:13 pm. A delivery agent has called at that time and picked up the product at doorstep. The pickup details hasn't been updated so far with the Myntra platform so far. In myntra platform it shows that item is still out for pickup and my redund is not initiated.
Kindly look into it and take appropriate action.
