Ekart Logistics — Item not delivered but showing as delivered

Dear Sir/Madam
My self Manas Rahman, I recently ordered one item in flipkart that is to be delivered through ekart. Yesterday (18/04/2023), the executive called me and I have given him enough details for the delivery. Instead of receiving the product I got a mail saying that item is delivered. But I or my family members didn't received the item so far. My order is cash on delivery only, but I have waited for 7 to 8 days for this item and now all I have is a delivered message but not the item. I tried to reach out the executive, but my call is not connecting since the item is marked as delivered. Please make a solution to this problem as soon as possible. The delivery boy had my item, then what happened I don't know. So, make an arrangement to get that same item to me immediately. If I'm ordering one more time, it will again take 7 or 8 days. And I think it is your responsibility to make sure that the ordered items are received by the customers without fail. I tried to call the customer care, but that number is not connecting. Yesterday I called flipkart customer care and asked for the contact details of my nearest hub in which the item was. They didn't given such information, they are only saying that, I need to make a fresh order. My question is why should I? I ordered the item, whether it is COD or bank payment doesn't matter, whoever delivering the item should make sure that it is received by the appropriate person. So, I'm eagerly waiting for your reply to this problem. If possible please give me the nearest hub contact details, I will verify with them.
