[Resolved]  Ekart Logistics — Item not yet received

I placed my order with the brand dermitecture on 8th October. You received it on 14th and it has been with you since then. The tracking page has no updates about my parcel after 24th October. According to the tracking page, my parcel is stuck in Daruhera and there's no update after 24th. The delivery date was 24th and it is 3rd November now and still there's no update from your end about my parcel. Kindly look into this matter my tracking ID is SRTP[protected].

My query wasn't resolved by Ekart. My package was sent back to the brand I ordered my products from and that brand eventually refunded my money.
Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
