I have called ekart to get update regarding my delayed order.
One of them staff on call used bad words and misbehaved with me
Kindly look into it..
It will not be acceptable for any client of yours.
This needs to be resolved.
Otherwise I will have to take disciplinary action against him.

I have called again to check the update.
