Dear Concern,
This is to complaint regarding your employees for non delivering my order no FMPP[protected]. I had recieved the message regarding Out for delivery on 2nd Oct 2022.I waited whole day for it but nobody called me for the same. On third the same thing happened and at 5 Pm on 3 rd OCT I called the representative and they told me that I do not have the courier and the same is at your Jalandhar Urban estate phase 1 hub. I approach them and they made me stand for an hour outside the hub and after that they told me that we have found the order. After that they start the diagnosis of the device and after some time they told me that we are unable to deliver the product as we have some software issue. I request them that I am not present for next 3 days and it's not customer's fault. Then 2 employees treated me badly and asked gaurd to make me get out of the premises and his name is Rohit ( might be the fake one).
Today I got the mail that my product is out for delivery and when I called the delivery boy he miabehaved and told me that I do not have your product and he will not delivered it. If he does not have my product than why should I have been provided the no of him.
I want to take the same seriously as failing in that will make me move to consumer forum for suing you for failing in providing proper services to customer and also for insulting me.
