Ekart Logistics — Missing package complaint.

I would like to inform you that an return item is missing and while on tracking it shows it has been delivered on 4th Oct, 2023, but there is no return for this product. I'm a seller on flipkart as NEXELECTRONIC
Tracking ID: FMPR[protected] & FMPR[protected]
Please do something to resolve this problem since I haven't received these two products and it showing it has been delivered . Even though I have spoken to the courier partner, nothing has changed.
