Ekart Logistics — Money deducted twice for the same Order

Hey there team.
I was paying for my Flipkart order via phone pe for 446 rupee.
It initially showed failed transaction but the money was deducted from my account.
I had to repay the merchant again and then it said transaction confirmed.
I have added screenshot of the problem below
