Hello I have ordered a product from shopsy by Flipkart and today on 19 of June it has to been delivered and on the mid afternoon it was out for delivery and customer care told me to wait till 9pm, when i saw the time it was 9pm i called to ask the agent when my parcel will be delivered he told me it will not be delivered today because it's out of delivery time, then i called to shopsy customer care, they told me to wait for the next morning and said the parcel will be delivered in the morning, i asked the excecutive that does our times value matters or not in front of shopsy, she keeps silence and multiple times I asked the question that tell me the reason that why my parcel will not be delivered today so she has repeated one thing that for waiting till the next morning, and the worst thing in the shopsy is the logistics partner doesn't have a customer care number and also there's no email is mentioned on the ekart"s official website, they are harrassing customers and wasting our time. They don't have the value of time of the customers. Kindly take a strict action against this logistics company and shopsy.
