Ekart Logistics — My Return request accepted but courier refuses for pickup my order.

I requested for return of my flipkart order trouser becoz of multiple issues as my trouser is damaged having no brand logo and also size fit issues. They accepted my return request but courier is denying for pickup. Courier boy saying His manager told him to not pickup with these issues as i described with flipkart.
