Complaint marked as Resolved The Logistics company called me on 16th Oct around 8 PM and said that it was sent to another person of same name near my address because surname was missing on the parcels. Next day i.e. 17th Oct evening they took photo of my Aadhaar card for verification purpose and handed over the three items to me. Thanks everyone for the help provided.
