This is to inform you that an Ekart delivery boy picked up my package that I requested for replacement but didn't update it on the portal of Ekart at the time of pick up, as his internet wasn't working. He told me he will update the pick up by evening on the same day itself but he didn't do it. As a result of which I am not being delivered my replacement package now by another delivery boy as my pick up hasn't been updated and he is asking me for the pick up again. I made a complaint to the local office of Ekart and they are now making dummy delivery and cancellation messages since last 2 days.
Either he misplaced my pick up package or cheated me. This is a serious matter of concern. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible or
I will take further legal action in this matter.
