Pl. refer your tracking no. SRTP[protected]. Your delivery boy neither contact me nor called over mobile, but status showing that customers rejected items. Day before yesterday some person called saying that I am ekart person. The parcel sent back and he asked to install some apps for refund of amount. And asking account number, OTP etc. Kindly the order item required badly. Kindly delivery the item to the following address No.13, 8 th cross, 2nd main, Hoysalanagar, sunkadakatte, viswaneedam post, Bangalore-560 091
