Ekart Logistics — not delivered in proper place

Dear sir,
I had ordered one asus mobile from flipkart. Today i got one msg that i have to keep 15, 000.00. Than i received a call from [protected] and asked me do you want to take your product or i will return it. But i told no i will take it. Than your courier partner told you come and collect it from the road. I refused and i advised him to deliver in my office. Than he told it is impossible and i will return it and he did not give me my product.
Is the way to talk with a customer and i am an old customer of flipkart. I want my product and in my proper place.
Is it possible??? If not give me a mail than i will stop purchase from flipkart.
