[Resolved] Ekart Logistics — Not delivering my replacement order

Sir my order is stucked in District- sehore(466001) ekart hub from several days, and our area(Nasrullaganj-466331) many orders are getting cancelled ..the ekart sehore hub is not releasing our order..my order is of replacement it can't be cancelled or returned..iam too much concerned about that..ekart service is very good but this kind of problem really hurts a customer feelings please have a light on this issue Was this information helpful?
