I bought a product from Flipkart on Oct 25' 2023 and I received the product on Oct 31' 2023. As soon as I received it, I felt quality issues with the product.
I immediately placed a return request on the same day (Oct 31' 2023).
On the pickup day the delivery executive himself cancel my return request without my consent. He kept on rescheduling the pickup date on everyday until the pickup date mentioned in the App and cancelled the request without my consent. I have raised 3 complaints with Flipkart customer care. However no one tried to resolve the issue so far. This happened to me 3 times till date with the same product.
