Pathetic service by Ekart ! The package (Tracking Id: SDLP[protected]) was supposed to be delivered by March 12th -15th but still has not been delivered. Snapdeal says some issue at Ekart. The package is at the nearby Hub since 12th, so why hasn't been delivered to me ? No proper reason given for the delay. Now the delivery date has been pushed to 21st I tried to contact Ekart directly but none of their numbers are reachable. What kind of company is this that has fake contact numbers ? Hope Ekart reads this complaint and takes suitable action to deliver my order immediately .
