Ordered a product from CPB Foundation Chennai, on 9th June 2023 to be delivered to Bangalore. Received information on 11th June 2023 that the order had been dispatched to Bangalore.
For the next 9 days, I received no information regarding the status of my order other than a message from Shiprocket stating that it had been temporarily delayed due to an operational constraint in the courier network. The revised delivery date had been set to 19th June 2023. I received no further updates.
Upon checking the status of my order on 21 June, I saw that the order had been marked RTO:Order_Reject, and I had not received any information from Ekart regarding this.
Attached below is a copy of the tracking status as shown on their website. I would like to request immediate clarification and to receive my order as soon as possible or a refund of the total amount, Rs 600 for the same.
