At 3:46 pm on the 7th of July 2023, I received a message from Ekart saying that my order from Pepe Jeans was out for delivery and will be delivered by 9 pm. It also had a number to call the delivery executive. The number provided by Ekart was dysfunctional when I tried to call them at 8:30 pm. I did not receive any order despite being at home throughout the day. At 10:00 I received an email from Pepe saying that my order has been delivered. I have since tried to reach the delivery executive multiple times, but the number remains dysfunctional. On tracking my order on the Ekart website it is shown that my order has been delivered and received by me, but I am sure that no one at my household has received the order.
I have emailed Pepe Jeans asking them to ensure that the order reaches me as soon as possible. While correspondence is ongoing and I have shared all the details they have asked, I am yet to receive a conclusive response from them.
The customer service at E kart has been highly unsatisfactory with there being no viable way to lodge a complaint. The number provided, as mentioned earlier, does not work and automatically hangs up the call. There is no email address or alternate number mentioned on their website.
I am hoping for either a quick delivery of my order or a refund as my order has already been paid for. Was this information helpful? |
