[Resolved]  Ekart Logistics — Order not delivered for two weeks in shipped status

My orders shipped through ekart has reached the nearest hub on 8 December 2021 itself but still it is not delivered. For the order before that one a delivery boy named Kannan from Sivakasi hub came and forced me the get the torn package saying order cannot be cancelled and money will not be refunded. He behaved very rudely and when I complained regarding this issue from the next day whichever order coming to my orders are not delivered. When contacted the hub the manager blindly trusted the delivery boy instead of investigating the matter and scolded me and behaved very rudely. Please take action for the hub and delivery boy and delivery my orders or refund my money. Because of this delivery person I lost 1500 rupees as my order not delivered.
