Ekart Logistics — Order not delivered no one to contact Flipkart not supporting

My order was supposed to be delivered on 13 Dec but has not been delivered at end of 14 Dec also. The status shows out for delay very from 13th 10.26am.

No one answers Contact number provided.
Flipkart Customer care says wait bit no proper action is being taken.
