Tracking number : NMBP[protected], It was supposed to delivered to me on 21th of July, there's no way to contact customer care or email. What is this? I have medicines in that parcel. Do u plan to delivery them anytime soon?

Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The exchange order have been picked up few days back but I’ve not received the new order. Neither the tracking number or refund. When I called the customer care, they were asking me to gpay some amount to them in order to provide the tracking information.
