I ordered mammy poko pants of 48 pieces but I received mammy poko pants of 2 pieces and then I again ordered for replacement and when delivery boy came he categorically refused to take back wrong product and delivery boy refused to give my order citing the reason that how it is possible that you received only 2 pieces. Moreover, when my family member who was at home to receive the order try to share information about the facts, he said I don't have much time to listen your stories and ran away..Such a irresponsible, pathetic, dismay and harrowing behaviour of e kart personnel was never expected. Hence I haven't received my product yet even after lapse of almost one month.I want my issue to be resolved at the earliest before I go to next forum and I want ekart to take suitable action against such delivery personnel under intimation to me.Hoping to get my product soon
