I had placed an order for a sunglass on Myntra. I did not like it after receiving so I placed return request.
Ekart logistics guy came for pickup. He says the code doesn't match so can't take it.
Even though the tags were intact and I returned alongwith all the packaging.
If the code doesn't match how is it the customer's fault? The code came alongwith that packaging. Was this information helpful? |
