I have ordered a product from flipkart but somehow I received very different product (used and local brand without any tags) i have complained about the same and flipkart also accepted my return request but ekart delivery executive is not picking up my product and cancelling it from his end continuously asking me to tell flipkart to mail ekart for picking up wrong product. From last 20 days i m facing the same issue.
So I request you to kindly pick the product as i am waiting for my refund also.
